Gut Gummy Recipe
Ingredients:
1/3 cup bovine gelatin
4 cups pineapple ginger juice
Method:
Pour 1 cup of the juice into a mixing bowl
Add 1/3 cup bovine gelatin and mix until smooth and no clumps are visible Allow mixture to set, aka "bloom" while you follow the next steps
Add remaining 3 cups of juice to a sauce pan over medium heat. Heat until it just begins to simmer.
While juice is heating, lightly grease an 8x8 glass dish with coconut oil or MCT oil.
When juice begins to simmer, place gelatin patty into sauce pain and whisk into juice until smooth.
Pour mixture into glass pan and let cool at room temp.
Place in refrigerator to allow gelatin to set for ~3 hours. Slice into gummies, and enjoy!
