Nourish & Bloom online courses are now available for the public!

These are the same courses that are included in the gut restore and fertility program so you can now access the material at your own pace to learn, empower your knowledge and support your healing journey.

These courses are perfect for the individual who does not have the time or finances to fully commit to a full on 1:1 support program but still desire to support their body on their own.

Within each course you will be provided with educational modules, downloadable guides, tool kits and protocols that even include some general support recommendations with a link to my Fullscript dispensary if you wish to incorporate supplements.

There is no 1:1 support or testing offered with these courses however if you decide you would like to add on or enroll in the full program you can always message me and we can get you signed up for those services!
